The problem

• Hand-processed application reporting, counting differently each week.
• The team could see totals but not the individual applications behind them.
• Some applicants sat unprocessed with no way to know who they were sitting with.

What I built

• An automated report that tracks applications from submission through to enrolment.
• Application counts against targets and the next action required for each application.
• Auditable numbers down to the individual student level.
