A report that counts applications against targets and names the next action for each one.

The problem

• Staff built application reports by hand and counted them differently each week.
• The team could see totals but not the individual applications behind them.
• Some applications sat unprocessed, and no one could tell who they were sitting with.

What I built

• An automated report that tracks applications from submission through to enrolment.
• Application counts against targets and the next action required for each application.
• Every number traces back to individual students.

The results

• One agreed count of applications against targets each week.
• Staff can see who owns each application and what to do next.
