Automated Reporting

Combine data from multiple sources into one report that refreshes automatically.

Every week someone on your team is manually downloading, pasting and formatting data.

The report goes out late. A paste error slips through and everyone doubts the numbers for a month.

I build reports that update themselves. Data flows from your source systems into a report your team opens each morning. No exports, no pasting, no formatting.

How plans work

What happens next

  1. You send the form. Tell me the numbers you need and the systems they sit in. I reply within 1 business day.
  2. We talk for 30 minutes. You show me the report your team builds by hand. I tell you whether I can connect your data, what it costs and how long it takes. If I can’t connect it, we stop here and you pay nothing.
  3. You give me access. You add me as a user in your own accounts, read-only wherever the system offers it, and you remove me whenever you want. Getting this approved is the step that holds most projects up, so start it early.
  4. You see a first version. Usually within two weeks of getting access. You tell me where the numbers look wrong and I fix them until your team trusts the report.
  5. It refreshes on schedule. If a refresh breaks, I fix it. Each month you can send me changes: a new metric, a new channel, a new view.

Questions

Do we have to move to a new reporting tool?

On Starter and Growth I build in the tools I run every day, which is what keeps the cost down. On Scale I build on your stack instead, so if your team already has Power BI, Tableau or a warehouse someone maintains, the report goes there.

What access do you need?

You add me as a user in your own accounts, read-only wherever the system offers it. Getting this approved is the step that holds most projects up, so it is worth starting early.

What happens if you are unavailable?

I have flexible resource that is available if I am not, but rarely needed. If you have specific SLA needs, commit to the Scale plan.

What happens if we cancel?

After the initial four months the plan is month-to-month, so you can stop at the end of any month. The reports continue as is. What you lose is the monthly changes and my fixing it when a refresh breaks.
